Aswad Desalination Co has emerged from Aswad and it is the holding company of Aswad Group Inc.
Aswad Desalination Co has formed to take up the Desalination plant under private sector in India as well as overseas.
The company has planned Desalination plant in certain location in India and overseas as where the company is taking up Petroleum Complex and the area near to sea the company is planning to take up the Desalination Project.

The scope of desalination is good according to the feasibility today in India as lot of development are going on and in all sectors there is a requirement of Water for all operations.Therefore the company has decided to take up desalination plant in Vishakapatnam near by where the company has been working for Petroleum Project and further this desalination plant will be treating Salt water into normal water which will be used for Petroleum operation, Port operations, Power Plant operations and further it will supply to Industrial Park near by the Plant and to the towns and Villages situated near to the Project.
Aswad Deslaination is planning similar project on the basis of requirement for the Captive Project as well as near by Industrial Parks and other systems.
Aswad thus aim to explore and commission these sorts of plants which will sort out the scarcity of water for many systems and will be able to utilize large number of sea water and further which will generate the revenues to which will contribute to our Indian economy as well as increase the GDP growth Rate.
