The Aswad Infrastructures Ltd has emerged from ASWAD and it is the holding company of ASWAD GROUP INC. The Aswad infrastructures Ltd formerly known as Aswad Construction Co.
The Aswad Construction Co. has came into existence since in the year 1973 when Mr.M.A.Mannan has acquired his Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering from REC Srinagar in State Jammu & Kashmir. He has completed his entire engineering being got the top rank in competition exam in whole bihar he has got complete scholarship for his engineering studies from President Zakir Hussain.
After Acquiring his degree in the Year 1973 he has then devoted his full time & energy in developing the large Inrastructures in India & Overseas.
Aswad Construction was since then the Proprietorship firm and use to take Small Projects in Inida and further likely the company has continue to work for small Projects.
Aswad Construction Co has then converted into Partnership Firm in the Year 1997 by Registering it in the Highest Class Contractor in Government Infrastructure Department. Since then the company has started taking Projects of Large Magnitude in throughout the country in different states.
Aswad has converted from Partnership concern into Public Limited Company and today it is Know as ASWAD INFRASTRUCTURES LTD.
