Aswad has completed many township Projects, Flat residential Projects, Mechanical Yards and other sorts of Building Projects for various clients.

As there is a vast demand for building Projects today in Urban as well as in rural areas. As the development of our country is growing with very fast rate which ultimately demands a large number of building Projects in Flat system, township system, Independent Banglows and other all sorts of Building large and small Infrastructure is required in future to meet the growing demand.

Aswad Infrastructures Ltd is exploring many possibilities to explore large number of Buildings Projects in India as well as overseas, parallel to that there is a large number of developments of Education Parks, Hotels, Hospitals in Private Sectors as well as in Government sectors.

There is a large number of requirement of EPC contractors today to fulfill the construction mode for Government buildings Projects in the field of Hospitals, Schools, Education Parks and other building Projects.
