Aswad Powers Co has emerged from Aswad and it is the holding company of Aswad Group Inc. Being in the Infrastructure field for more than 3 decades and has successfully delivered many projects in the field of Powers the company has then diversified into the Private Sector for taking up the Private Power Projects under the banner of Aswad Powers Co.
Aswad Powers Co has been came into existence in the Year 2007 when the company has took initiatives to commission Power Projects in different locations in India. The Aswad has engaged a highly technical team for studying the demand of Power in our country. There is a huge demand of Power in our country and each state require today more than 50,000 mw of their own captive Power to fulfill its state requirement as wel as trade to other state. The Total Potential of Gas based Power Projects in India today is more than 1,00,000.00 MW, in thermal it is more than 1,00,000.00 MW further the Potential of Hydro Power can be fulfill only from North-Eastern States as they have natural head which is the key for generation of Hydropower.
Arunachal Pradesh itself has more than 1,00,000.00 MW potential in Hydro further Himachal Pradesh has Potential of around 20,000.00 MW following to that Sikkin has around 30,000 MW and like other north-eastern states have.
The Aswad Powers Co is an organization which has been setup in the motto to take up only Private Projects under the banner of Aswad Powers Co. Today company has several Private Power Projects which has already been taken up at different level of execution under different fuel linkage for commissioning.
Aswad Powers Co thus aims to generate large number of electricity by exploring all the possibilities for developing maximum number of power projects throughout the country under different fuel linkage to meet the growing demand of our country and further which will be the boon for large generation of revenues which will further empower our economy and increase the GDP growth rate.
