The Aswad Powers Co has been in the construction of thermal based power projects for more than 3 decades. Aswad has successfully completed and delivered to various clients.
Aswad has successfully completed tirpoli thermal power projects in the year 1983 in Libea for 240 Mw one of the biggest Power Plant in the world at that time, further the commissioning of Kahalgaon thermal Power Project in the year 1990 with NTPC & PCP.
Aswad has been involved with highly Professional team for the Procurement cum execution of thermal based power projects. Aswad has taken initiatives to take up thermal power projects in Jharkhand, bihar, U.P, chhatisgarh, M.P. and other states.
There is a vast demand of Thermal based Power Projects in our country as the central as well as state government has taken several steps to bring these Power Projects. The Central Government Nodal Agency Power Finance Corporation has taken initiative to commission Ultra Mega Power Projects in Inida each of capacity 4000 MW out of which four has been already started in M.P, Gujarat, Andhra Pradesh & Jharkhand further in Orissa, C.G, Karnataka, Maharashtra & Tamil Nadu are under pipeline and still to come.
There is a huge demand in coal based Power Projects today in our country and all other different fuel linked power projects as the resources are growing parallelly the demand for power is also growing. So to meet this growing demand of Power in our country we have to adopt all the fuels which are available to produce the Power.
There is huge reserves of coal in our country at various locations and parallel to that the imported coal also available in the international market with huge quantity. All these reserves can be utilized to run thermal based power projects in our country in large manner.
Aswad Powers Co is exploring all the possibilities to take up a large number of Thermal Power Projects in India with all the coal based fuel available in different locations in India as well as overseas for generation of thermal based electricity.
Aswad Powers Co thus aims to produce a large number of Electricity to contribute this Power to our country's growing demand which will further helps to empower our Indian economy and increase the GDP growth rate.
