Aswad Properties Co has emerged from Aswad and it is the subsidiary of Aswad Group Inc and comes equipped with the world class construction techniques. Now india is fast growing economy in the world, in the current scenario too much money is chasing limited land in our country, so in our country a huge demand and supply gap is there in housing segment. Aswad come up in Property Development Segment to fill up the gap.
