We are focussing on untapped market of tier-II & tier-III cities for taking up mainly affordable residential projects as well as commercial projects.
Today in India there is a vast demand of Affordable Residential Projects and further as per the fast growing rate of population in our country it reflects the future demand of affordable housing projects which will be the upcoming market having highest demand in property segment and giving good rise to GDP growth of country as well as empowering the economy.
We are holding currently land banks in "Hyderabad, Bangalore, Vizaq, Vijayawada, Indore, Bhopal & Jabalpur which will be getting utilized to develop affordable housing projects which are going to take up very soon in these cities.

Aswad Properties Co is exploring all the possibilities under his banner to setup IT Parks, Bio-Tech Parks and other Commercial Parks as per the demand is selected cities.
The company is studying the demand in the cities and accordingly planning the commercial parks.
The Company is in Plan to set up " IT-Parks", "Bio-Tech Parks in tier-I, II & tier-III cities according to their requirement.
Aswad Properties Co thus working from all the corners to explore big opportunities in property market to deliver best infrastructure to the clients in terms of commercial parks.
Aswad Properties Co has entered in India as well as in overseas market to take up commercial parks in one campus in High Rise Structures having multiple services.
Aswad is in initial stages to take up 111 storey building Jewel Park in Riyadh in Saudi Arabia which consist of Convention Centre, Five-star Hotel, Residential as well as Commercial services under one roof. Likewise the company has taken initiatives to bring high rise building projects in Srilanka, Bahrain and other cities which are having the demand for such type of Projects.
